This is my go to overnight oats recipe.
It is very easy and incredibly budget friendly. Not to mention a great way to use bananas that are getting too ripe.
Best of all is that it’s also extremely healthy.
This recipe contains no refined sugar. All of its sweetness comes from the banana.
Simply mash a ripe banana in a bowl.
Add the oats,
almond milk and chia seeds.
Stir everything together and place in the refrigerator overnight.

- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- In a medium sized bowl, mash the banana with a fork.
- Add the other ingredients and mix together.
- Refrigerate overnight.
